Beach Haven is designed for groups, offering ample space and a unique layout that ensures everyone has their own haven. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the guest room has a daybed and trundle. Two additional complete suites boast king beds, kitchenettes, televisions, bathrooms, and patio or balcony access, making it ideal for multiple families or friends. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. The driveway can fit 4 vehicles and no street parking is allowed. The city will issue tickets for street parking. With Hollywood and Miami just an hour's drive away, day trips are a breeze. Take a ride on Fort Lauderdale's Water Taxi and explore canals and inland waterways to see for yourself why the city earned its nickname, "Venice of America". If you need another reason to spend your time outdoors, the city's famous waterfront promenade along the sandy Atlantic coastline is one of the area's most alluring draws. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. The outdoor fire pit is for decorative purposes only. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment. Guests are strongly advised to deny access if any vendors fail to meet these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
