This is a nice one! So many windows (all replaced in 2010) to let in the sunshine. Lots of living areas including a formal dining room, main floor family room, finished basement rec room, and a finished garage that was used as an art studio that could be so many things or could be turned back into a garage. The furnace and AC are brand new. All the carpeting has just been installed, doors are brand new, and much of the house has just been painted. The master bedroom is an addition added in 1994. The siding was replaced in 2010 and the roof in 2013. The new cook top, wall oven, and microwave will be installed Nov. 3rd. All appliances convey including a beer keg dispenser (other) in basement bar. Hard to find a house that offers a master bed suite and so many gathering space options at this price!
