Late charges must be included. Once an eviction has been initiated, the decision if final and the tenant will move from the premises. - Credit Reporting Agencies and Judgements: If tenant fails to fulfill terms of the lease or abandons the building owing landlord money. Landlord may file a monetary judgment in court and or notify credit reporting agencies as to the indebtedness. - Liabilities and Indemnification: Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining casualty insurance to cover Tenant's personal property located on the property. Tenant agrees to indemnify and save Landlord harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses. Fees, Fines and damages or penalties for in connection with any accident, injury, death.
