Our furnished guest house is available for rent from October 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026. This beautiful 1 bed/1 bath is perfect for a single person or a couple. The house is on our 10-acre ranch with a privacy gate and many Live Oak trees. We do all the maintenance, and you enjoy the beauty. It's perfect for relaxing during your stay. Stay for a month or stay for all four, the choice is ours. This is a non-smoking home. There is no stove in the galley kitchen, but a BBQ outside. The owner pays for electricity and internet; the house has filtered well water. Parking is located behind the house, and there is a lighted gravel pathway to the house for your safety. A wagon is provided to get your groceries to the house. This is country living; you will hear roosters, peacocks, and wildlife. Must not be afraid of dogs, we live on the back 4 acres of the property and have friendly pups, most days you will not see them, but now and then they misbehave and wander up front just to get a little attention and petting.
