This house has many-many upgrades in almost all areas of the house. Late 2005 (Nov) they had hand scraped wood floors put in the living room and dining room, along with high quality carpet in the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms. (All professionally installed by Malooy's Carpet Center). Tile has been put in the hallway and one of the bedrooms that matches the existing tile in entryway, kitchen and utility room. All new solid wood baseboards throughout the house were installed with the wood floors in Nov. 2005. The house has all new lighting fixtures except for one bathroom. The master closet has been totally refurbished to include 8ft of track lighting, cedar planks with five shoe shelves and custom lighting on shelves, along with all new heavy duty closet rods and shelving. Lots of storage. The majority of the windows have had professionally installed tint to reduce heat in the summer. They had custom shutters built and installed in almost every room of the house. The yard is all on a sprinkler/drip system. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood! It is a very peaceful and great access to local stores/malls/freeway/ campus. I have lived there since the house was built and did not plan on moving any time soon.
