We have some furnishings (kitchen table with barstools, sectional couch, queen-sized bed with mattress, area rug, bedside tables, dishes and flatware) that we're happy to lend or store depending on what you need. Please note that the photos show our current tenant's belongings, which are not included with the rental. Rent: -$1699/month (before utilities, which we split equally.) - Deposit: $1500 (unfurnished) or 1-months rent (furnished) - Pet deposit: $200-500 negotiable, depending on the pet! We're passionate about our garden, our dogs, and curating a peaceful and relaxing space. We've lived in the area for three years and are happy to make recommendations for our favorite, hikes/walks, and attractions. What we're looking for: -Respectful, clean, paying rent on time- the usual. -Must be comfortable in shared outdoor spaces- we access our shed near the apartment entrance, enjoy the patio, and garden frequently. -Must be comfortable with dogs- they are big guard dogs so they will bark at you at first (though they will not use the part of the yard your entrance is in) -The apartment has housed both cats and dogs, FYI for folks with severe allergies. -Due to the proximity and shared outdoor spaces, we cannot allow smoking. -Indoor cats and other indoor pets are welcome with an additional deposit. Dogs are welcome if they get along with our pups (who are dog-selective and can clash with large dogs or more alpha-personality pups). Emotional support animals are respected and not pets for the purposes of deposits. -To rent, we'll ask for a reference from your landlord, a signed short-term lease, and a credit check as a last step before move-in ($25.)
