Close to I270 and Rt. 355 "We really enjoyed living in this peaceful home that was also close to so much. Our favorite things about the home were the huge yard, short (20-minute) commute to work in Gaithersburg, wooded surroundings, proximity to nature/parks/hikes and Sugarloaf Mountain, all of the peace and quiet, and nearby shopping and restaurants in Germantown and Frederick. Pat and Patty were great and friendly landlords who immediately took care of any minor issues that came up during our stay here." Tenant responsible for oil and electric, trash removal.
