Tenants are also subject to replacing linens and bedding if provided as a deduction from their deposit or an additional fee should it exceed their deposit. *Lease length from month-to-month. 30 day notice until the last day of the month to vacate will be required. *Utilities paid to landlord for a flat rate except for the electric bill. That is split between all tenants. *All adults 18+ must be on the lease, even if a dependent. All adult 18+ that are not direct dependents of the primary signer are required to apply. *First month's rent and deposit due at signing. *NO smoking of ANY kind, or illegal substances allowed near or on the property. *Late payment fee will be charged per day per state regulation after the 5th of every month.
