There is a private entrance, separate patio inside a fenced backyard, burglar alarm, and dedicated washer/dryer. Single owner lives on main floor. No smoking and no pets, but need to like my dog. Owner pays for trash, sewer/water, electricity. First and last month's rent, $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee.
