15Eleven Apartments is a gated, two story apartment structure with a quaint ten units total. All units have been completely renovated from the ground up with all new flooring, paint, windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fixtures as well as kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher). Each unit has a unique floor plan and amenities which may include a patio, balcony, additional closet or pantry, back door, etc. Our renovated apartments first started to rent late last year and all 10 were filled within a month. However, we now have one tenant moving out early due to job relocation.
