We currently have $785/mo studio apartments available immediately or between now and February 1st. Please note that there is a one person occupancy limit on our studio apartments. Please note that "available between now and February 1st", means that you can rent the apartment starting on any date between now and February 1st with the flexible twelve month agreement. These studio apartments have Hardwood Floors, Original Woodwork, a Walk-in Closet and a Claw Foot Bath Tub with a shower. The kitchens are furnished with a gas stove and refrigerator. Many of these studio apartments also have Murphy Beds. We offer in-person apartment tours and virtual apartment tours We offer in-person apartment tours by meeting scheduled potential clients at the front door of the rental office without entering the rental office. If after seeing an apartment you decide you are interested in applying then we will meet in the rental office to start the process. We offer *virtual* apartment tours by scheduling a day and time for the tour and then we will reach out to you at that scheduled day/time for the virtual tour. If after seeing an apartment on a virtual tour you are interested in applying then we will schedule for you to meet us in the rental office to start the rental application process. There is coin operated laundry in the apartment building and bicycle storage. All Utilities are paid in the rent except electric. Heat is paid!. Cable and high speed internet and Fiber Optic ready.
