We are 3.5 miles west of Broadway and Linden in Pine Brook Hills, (a 10 minute drive from downtown) and border The StarHouse, a sacred ceremonial temple of community significance, with lovely neighborhood walks and stunning views. We're asking for a deposit which includes utilities, which landlord will pay (gas/electric, water, land line phone, Comcast cable and High-speed internet, trash/recycling, and 2x/month house cleaning). Term is from 11/1/17 to 4/8/18. Deposit includes security as well as pre-paid utilities (water, gas/electric, phone, internet/cable TV, trash/recycling, house cleaning) for the length of the lease.
