The rental includes 2 rooms and a private bath, a shared kitchen and laundry facilities. This is a quiet home to be shared with myself and two cats. I am looking to rent to a mature, quiet, clean, responsible, respectful person that works outside of the home. No more pets. This is a drug free home, including marijuana. No smokers of any sort. Wifi, water, trash removal and all HOA fees are included. Electric is split two ways and averages $45 person. A total of two people live here. Move in date is negotiable.
