It has baseboard style gas heating and the opportunity for window unit AC's in the summer months if provided by the tenant. Tenant would be responsible for individual gas and electric bills for the unit. Cats and small dogs are okay. Landlord pays water, sewer, trash removal and landscaping and snow removal is something to be discussed and worked out with individual tenant. Applicants must show consistent work history (at least 4 paystubs) and (proof of consistent employment history), and proof that you can consistently afford the rent, no past evictions, able to pass a background check, and be able to provide landlord references. First month's rent $1,750, last month's rent $1,750 and $500 security deposit due upon securing lease / renting the apartment $4,000 total and the unit is available ASAP.
