This is a very solid all brick condo end-unit. My wife and I bought it, and completely gutted and remodeled the whole house. We have new lighting, flooring, baseboards, casing, doors, countertops, and a 100% new bathroom. We bought the worst unit of the bunch and now it is the nicest of the 20 condos in our HOA. We are within bike ride distance to two grocery stores, and we love how close we are to everything, including Layton's great Heritage Park. The neighborhood is family friendly and close to Hill Air Force Base Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Our neighborhood is being transformed with a new Gold's Gym and a new walkable shopping center planned that will be close, but not too close to our house. We have a small HOA made up of 20 active members, and everyone is willing to pitch in on projects to keep the place looking good. Nearly every condo is owner-occupied in our HOA, and there are many new families with small children who like to play on the play equipment on our HOA property. It is really a nice place to have a first home.
