I'm a finishing PhD student looking for someone to take sublease starting around Dec. 1st. through May 31st. These dates are very flexible so please contact me for detail if you would prefer to take over before or after those dates. Extending the least past May 31st or signing a new lease is also possible. The property is rented through Elm Campus Partners so tenant must have Yale affiliation/ ID to sign the lease. Sorry about that. It is located less than 5 minute walk from Science Hill, the hockey rink . ~10 min to the School of Management. 1 off-street parking space is included and there is ample on street parking in front of the house. Laundry is in a separate building at the end of the street only a 2 min. walk. Rent would be $1,495 plus utilities (~$100 per month). Water is included in rent, tenant is responsible for gas, electric, internet. The apartment is currently furnished and you would have the option of purchasing the furniture other items (kitchen items, couch, beds etc).
