It is surrounded by acres of grass, view of the woods from kitchen, and a located in a beautiful green suburb only a few minutes drive from Greece Ridge Mall, Wegmans, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, some fast food places, churches, schools, Planet Fitness, restaurants, post office, you name it. Downtown and U of R are roughly 10 minute drives. Pets aren't allowed but this is one of the reasons it is so quiet. Neighbors also very quiet.There is a built-in AC unit which is fairly new and really cools the place down during the summer. There is baseboard heating in almost every room which really does a great job keeping the place warm in the winter. Costs running these are not included in the rent however. Coin operated laundry room is located just outside the entrance, almost in the unit itself. Kitchen has everything except dishwasher. Ample parking space, located just outside the unit.Maintenance is really simple and fast, you dial a number and they always send someone within 24 hours.I have lived here for 18 months and wish I could stay. Right now there is 6 months left on my second lease (March 2015).Good credit required. You will have to be approved through the leasing agency. Another bonus- the security deposit is paid - first month's rent gets you the keys!Must have a good credit score. Trash and water included in rent, but not gas or electric. No security deposit required. No DSS or Section 8 accepted. You must be approved through the leasing agency.
