The en-suite main bath features a step in shower and jacuzzi tub. Just outside off the main level you will find a wrap-around deck for soaking up the sun and one-of-a-kind WNC views of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountain Range and Echo Lake. There is a fire table, sun lounging chairs, conversation seating, and an outdoor dining table. There is also a lower deck that can be accessed via a set of outdoor stairs, as well as an inground wood-burning fire pit. You won't run out of places to enjoy the scenery! A Weber gas grill and grill utensils are also available for your use. Upstairs you will find a loft with library and work space, as well as a second King-size bedroom and on-suite bath. The bedroom is private with its own locking door/entrance, and includes a 65 inch smart tv and Sonos surround sound. In the library there is an additional couch with recliners for napping or additional guest. Just over 20 minutes to either Asheville or Black Mountain. Approximately 15 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 30 minutes to nearby hiking, Bearwallow Mountain in Gerton and Lookout Mountain in Montreat. Deposit is One Months Rent. Pet Deposit is $300/per pet. Pets negotiable depending on size and number.
