A separate laundry room leads to the attached garage. The back patio is located just outside the living room and kitchen and overlooks the South 2nd fairway. Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Owner pays for the electric bill up to $200 per month. Guest pays for amounts greater than $200 per month.
