This home has 2,600 plus square feet of living space. The garage is a two and a half car garage so behind the two cars is an area that makes a nice shop. There is an exit to the backyard through the garage shop and an entrance into the home. When you enter the home from the front door there is a huge foyer that is two stories high. There is a dining room on the left hand side and an office on the right and as you proceed you go into an open living kitchen area with large windows and a sliding glass door to the back yard. Off of the living area there is a half bathroom, the laundry room and the exit to the garage. Behind the dike is what is called Lake Pioneer. All of the homes own the lake and are responsible for the care of the lake and I own 1/19th of the lake. There is a lot of natural habitat such as ducks geese, deer, blue heron. The geese and ducks have had babies so have the deer. technically according to the ccr's we're not supposed to fence our properties so there is no backyard fence. the 19 members around the lake decide whether boats and what type of craft are allowed on the water. there is a requested fee which is optional of $200 per year per household to take care of things around the edge of the lake. Some of the things that have been done with the funds are filling holes that could possibly be from a nutria and scraping fronts of some of the property so that we can work towards a walking path that goes around the lake. This property may never get to that point because it is the one area of the lake that has never dried up so there is always water in front of this house in the lake. This house cannot see the lake from the ground floor but it has a beautiful view from the master bedroom and one other bedroom upstairs. in the summer looking at the water leaves a lot to be desired. all of the homeowners around the lake get along fairly well and we have meetings about twice a year. A majority of the property owners except for maybe two or three are against forming an official HOA. There are sprinkler systems in the front and the back and along the berm. off of the sliding glass doors downstairs there is a 12x20 deck that goes along the back of the house. there is cement patio off to the side of that going around to the side of the house where the RV pad is. There is also a concrete Rock retaining wall. there's a hot tub hook up in the backyard with a hot tub on the patio.
