HUGE backyard and the garage is 2 car garage. I want to explain the rent payment when signing. Rent is $2100. Security deposit is $2100. I will be asking for the FIRST MONTH rent, LAST MONTH rent, and SECURITY DEPOSIT when signing. This comes out to $6300 total.
