There are no shared walls on any side. br Outside the bedroom is a private balcony with space to relax. A washer and dryer are also located inside the unit. Street parking is available and isn't too difficult to find. Tenant pays for water, electricity. p br Small dogs are considered with an additional fee of $25 per month and deposit. p br The apartment is available starting Oct 24th. p br An application and credit/ background check through Transunion's SmartMove service is required with a minimum FICO of 700. p br Applications are accepted on a "First come, first serve basis". CONDITIONAL APPROVAL with FICO score between 650 and 700 with an increased deposit of $750. 5. Must have verifiable gross income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent and/or total monthly payments (including rent, car payment, bills, student loans, etc.) must not exceed 50% of gross income. 6.
