Hardwood floors and large windows throughout, a large kitchen with gas stove, front and side entrances, and shared laundry in basement. Additionally, there is a nice private yard. The house is located near Logan Park--with many restaurants, breweries and great spots to socialize nearby. Criteria for rental: 620 Credit score or above on all three reports. No UD's (unlawful detainers i.e. a previous eviction). Rent is to be equal to or less than 35% of monthly income--total earnings per month of tenants (collectively) is over $4500 per month, or be able to provide a co-signer with the required income. $1500 damage deposit plus first month's rent due upon signing lease. To qualify, a criminal background check and credit check will be completed on all prospective tenants. Not currently certified for section 8.
