I just moved out of this house at 1507 W 36th Street because of a 1-year temporary work relocation. I'm putting it up for rent for for one year only, from November 1st 2021 to October 31st 2022. Lease length is a little flexible--if you need it for up to 15 months (ending January 2023), that would be alright. $1850 per month, includes water 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 1200 square feet HOUSE DETAILS: 2 off-street parking pad spaces Recently renovated large, sunny designer kitchen (2018) with dishwasher, garbage disposal Washer & dryer in dining room Directly across the street from Chuck's Trading Post (amazing brunch restaurant) 5 min walk from the Ave, Roosevelt Park, Lightrail Detached from neighbors Original wood floors on 1st floor, carpet on 2nd floor All pets allowed (pet deposit per pet applies) Big backyard (not fenced) Water included (no other utilities included) Very sunny and bright One large bedroom, one medium bedroom, one small bedroom, sometimes used for office. A queen bed and nightstand fit in smallest room. INCOME REQUIREMENT: Monthly income at least 2x times the rent required (for all lease applicants combined). If your income is irregular/freelance/different in different months, I will need proof of income for last year overall Deposit is $1850 Must show proof of BGE account switchover before final lease signing PET POLICY: All pets welcome, but pet deposits apply. For Dogs: $350 dog deposit for first dog, $50 additional pet deposit for each additional dog For Cats: $150 cat deposit for first cat, $25 additional pet deposit for each additional cat All pet deposits are refundable on moveout, pending no damage from pets RENTAL APPLICATION FEE: There is a $30 application fee per application.
