Hyde Park, a turn-of-the-century neighborhood commercial area, is seven short blocks away, a great place to grab a cup of coffee, shop for unique gifts, get your bike tuned up, or check out one of the half-dozen dining spots. If you want to stretch your legs & lungs, and fill your soul with awe-inspiring views, Camel's Back Park, the gateway to the Boise Foothills, is just five blocks away. The foothills offer more than 10,000 preserved acres of non-motorized trails & abundant wildlife to satisfy your yen for the great outdoors. RENT: $113/night, 3 night minimum; $678/week; $1,299/month. RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A deposit of 100% of the applicable Rent (e.g., per nights requested; per week(s) requested; or per month) is required to hold your reservation, along with a signed lease for the term that you are requesting. Once we have that in hand, we'll confirm your reservation and block your dates off on our calendar. SECURITY DEPOSIT: One-half of your Reservation Deposit will be applied toward your Rent upon arrival, with the balance, less a $100 Cleaning Fee, to be held as a Security Deposit until the end of your lease. SHORT-TERM LODGING TAX: 13% Boise lodging tax is included the nightly & weekly rates, and will be added to any month-long stays of less than 31 days. All utilities included 13% lodging tax & sales tax, required by law, is included in nightly/weekly rates; and will be added to monthly tenancies of 30 days or less. The tax does not apply to stays of 31 days or longer.
