RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A deposit of 100% of the applicable Rent (e.g., per nights requested; per week(s) requested; or per month) is required to hold your reservation, along with a signed lease for the term that you are requesting. Once we have that in hand, we'll confirm your reservation and block your dates off on our calendar.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: One-half of your Reservation Deposit will be applied toward your Rent upon arrival, with the balance, less a $100 Cleaning Fee, to be held as a Security Deposit until the end of your lease.
SHORT-TERM LODGING TAX: 13% Boise lodging tax is included the nightly & weekly rates, and will be added to any month-long stays of less than 31 days.
All utilities included
13% lodging tax & sales tax, required by law, is included in nightly/weekly rates; and will be added to monthly tenancies of 30 days or less. The tax does not apply to stays of 31 days or longer.
