Interior Features: The interior of the home is as follows: Living room/ dining room: all walls appear in good shape, carpet in good condition, ceiling fan present in living room but fixture missing in dining room. Kitchen: cabinets appear in very good condition, dishwasher present, sink and faucet look good. Flooring is laminate, and appears like new. Missing fixture in this room as well. Family Room: Dark blue carpet in excellent condition, fireplace in corner, looks to be in working order. Master Bedroom: carpet is burgundy and looks good, closet missing handle. Master bath has tub, and sink, toilet is missing. Light fixtures missing in master bath. Bedroom 2: Pink walls/burgundy carpet. Walls have paint peeling.
