Who knew a condo could be so livable! Even with multiple families & large numbers of people, this condo layout makes it a dream. The condo itself is in the PERFECT location, only steps to the pool & then directly out to the ocean with the direct patio access to both from both the living room & primary bedroom. If working out, tennis, pickle ball, gaming, or the indoor pool are your preference, those are also directly across the parking lot. With the condo being on the east side of the complex you are close to the seafood food truck across the street, multiple other restaurants, shops, and Dollar General. The condo was gutted & remodeled with vacationing in mind. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. Handheld shower head with pressure washer feature was added in hall bath for easy clean up when coming in from the beach. Half bath in hall was converted to oversized pantry (or owners' closet) making longer stays even more enjoyable, however, this can easily be converted back to a 1/2 bath if preferred. Great sized closets, especially the master. Sleeps 8 in permanent beds, but an oversized beanbag that converts to a queen bed was added for extra sitting and sleeping area in the living room as well. Oversized custom built farmhouse dining table allows for many people to enjoy dinners together. Cable, internet, water, garbage, 24/7 gated security, amenities, & building insurance are included in HOA fees (homeowner needs HO6 policy to cover between the walls.).
