All utilities are divided by the 5 tenants and I bill it monthly. Utilities will be dependent on your usage as a whole but on average the utilities comes out to 80-150 extra per month depending on time of year Driveway accounts to 4 parking spaces all parallel to each other so you will get one for yourself where you dont have to move cars, not a busy street so off street parking is available if needed.
