This is a modern 2 Bedroom duplex in Decatur with an open Floor Plan. You will enjoy the tall ceilings and windows. Tenant pays for utilities. Landlord pays for yard service. Successful applicants will have good credit and verifiable income at least 3x the rent. We recently painted the outside so the exterior paint color may be darker. I usually like to run leases summer to summer so we could as long as 24 months. We don't allow any indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking may be permitted.
