This condo is not shared but we do live downtown & are available by text. Walk to shopping, dining & really close to downtown. Owner pays for water/HOA fees *Tenant pays for electricity, WIFI $150.00 pet fee per pet during the stay. If there has been damage created by the pet there will be additional charges. Charges will occur for breakage, damage to furniture or bedding, flooring, appliances, etc. A move out cleaning fee of $195.00 is paid up front. Non smokers & non partiers only (no exceptions) This is a quiet community setting &'no loud cars or tenants are acceptable. Pool pass must be taken when visiting the pool Pets must be approved
