I am looking for a sublet to take over my lease from April-July due to job relocation, however if you would like to extend your lease after these months, you are able to do so through the leasing office. This apartment is a spacious, 1 bedroom, 1 bath located on the NW side of Rochester, near the Target shopping center, several parks, and biking trails. The apartment has been well kept by myself and previous tenants with fairly new carpeting and countertops. There is a patio that overlooks the large courtyard which has a pool and playground. I have been very happy living at this apartment and have been pleased with how helpful the leasing office and maintenance staff are, and how friendly and quiet all of my neighbors are. This is a sublet available from April 1-July 5, however, if you would like to extend your lease, you are able to do so through the leasing office, as I will not be moving back to this apartment. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and trash utilities.
