KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is stocked with a Nespresso Creatista Plus Espresso Machine by Breville with an integrated milk frother, All-Clad and Staub pots and pans, a rice cooker, ample spices and other kitchen necessities. High-end appliances including a Bertazzoni 4-burner gas stovetop, Bosch dishwasher, and a Kitchen Aid undercounter double-drawer refrigerator/freezer seamlessly blend into the custom cabinetry. BEDROOMS The main house has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen size bed, nightstands and a closet with two elfa drawer systems. The other room is being utilized as an office space - the daybed can be turned into a bed. There's a detached guest studio that is furnished with a queen size bed, nightstands, and a desk and chair. BATHROOM The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Relax on the massive private deck with a sunken hot tub overlooking the creek, perfect for stargazing or unwinding after a day of wine tasting. There's a comfy chaise lounge along with a six person dining table all overlooking the creek behind. A small stairway leads down to a hammock, nestled among towering redwoods with a serene view of the winding creek. PARKING + EXTRA AMENITIES There is a driveway with an electronic sliding gate for one car as well as a Tesla EV charger. Located outside of the gate are two parking spots available for use. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and Sonos speakers. This home does not have central heating or air-conditioning. There are wall heaters in both bedrooms and the office as well as the gas fireplace, which quickly heat up the space!
