In 2008 a 1977 double wide was placed on a block foundation, gutted, reframed and rewired. They added new subfloor, 1/2" drywall, regular trim, standard construction doors and windows through-out. They hired a cabinet man to redo the kitchen. There is nothing about this place that gives a hint that it began is life as a mobile home.
