Beach access is one house away with 109 stairs down to the beach and beach trail. The kitchen has a new counter, with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven (to be installed) coffee maker and all the things needed to make the meals to spend time relaxing on the deck or viewing the ocean from the living room. Fans are provided but no a/c. Open windows provide the cool ocean breeze to cool off the bunglaow and also lets you hear the waves. There are 2 tandem parking spots reserved for the bungalow off street for parking. A shared storage area for bikes and surfboards is available. Do not walk on the property or bother the guests..
