I am looking for someone to take my room in our beautiful Georgetown apartment starting in March. The apartment has three bedrooms/one bath, and you'd be living with my two roommates, Steph and Kayla. The apartment has hardwood floors, a big living room, and a nice back patio. Steph and Kayla are both in their mid-twenties and are wonderful roommates! The move-in date is March 17th or 18th (I can be flexible here) and you'd have the option of taking over my lease through July 2013 or signing a year long lease.
