There is a second, interior, locking door that separates the mudroom from your private space. You are not allergic or averse to dogs. I have a quiet and well-trained dog named Sage who you will occasionally encounter with me in the shared mudroom. You are not highly sensitive to traffic noise. Please note the proximity to Slaterville Rd. The bedroom has undergone substantial soundproofing measures, but even so, this space is better suited for someone who isn't bothered by moderate traffic noise. You will be respectful of the other long-term tenants who call this house their home
