The Location Unbeatable location, in the absolute center of DC, with dozens of amazing restaurants and bars all within five blocks and a Whole Foods less than a block away. It's also walking distance to 14th Street (one block), Dupont Circle (three blocks), Shaw (five blocks), U Street (five), West End (six), Adams Morgan (eight), and even Georgetown and Columbia Heights (ten). 2. 120 Square Foot Private Balcony The apartment itself is a spacious 784 square feet--before counting the 120-square foot private balcony in the back. Get a table, chairs, and some bistro lights and you have a ready-made private outdoor hangout space. 3. The Amenities The building is historic, but the apartment itself is new, with LG appliances, a brand-new HVAC system, in-unit washer and dryer, optional bi-weekly cleaning services, and 5-inch sound insulation in the ceiling for total peace and quiet. To top it off, all packages are delivered inside by the Postal Service, meaning that what is normally the biggest headache with row house living--having your package snatched off your front porch--is usually not an issue.
