This is a fully functional, comfortable, quaint downstairs duplex apartment in the "duplex nation" neighborhood. The family that has been living here for the past 10 years or so just bought a house and moved out. The HVAC unit is only 2 years old. There is a W/D closet that is shared with the upstairs. The place is old and anyone who lives here needs to have a tender touch: most of the windows can't be opened (however, the AC is very efficient); there is a slight slope from the front to the back arising from the original construction, and many things are "less than perfect", when compared to new construction.
