Should any accidents occur, we are more than happy to suggest a local cleaning company or we can simply charge any costs at the end of the rental from the security deposit 3) The HOA is very vigilant of illegal parking so always be sure to park in the tandem garage or leverage the ample street parking available for guests as to not block or hinder the day-to-day of our/your neighbors 4) Our HOA does not allow for short-term rentals.Any fines associated to illegal short-term rentals will be the responsibility of renters 5) We will make the home available for rental furnished or unfurnished. If rented furnished we will ask for an additional $1,500 deposit at lease signing; the couch is over $4000 so just need some coverage in case there is a need for repair
