You also are allowed to use the pools and laundry areas at the two adjacent properties we manage. A well-maintained City park is right across the street, and on the south side of the canal is the Sailboat Bend Preserve - a 1.3 acre greenspace with walking trails -- the area is surprisingly tranquil as a result.
