This is a one bedroom with two queen beds, one and a half bath oceanfront Condo in Myrtle Beach. There is a security deposit of one months rent plus an exit cleaning fee of $165. You may request additional cleaning during your stay at a cost of $125. Unit will have pest spraying and can not be refused. There is no smoking of any kind per HOA. There are NO ALTERATIONS allowed to the room. Garage Parking is across the street. Unit is located on the 14th floor. You are responsible for all cleaning and household products needed during your stay including, soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. Lease must be signed and expiration date agreed upon.
