    FSBO. Newly updated kitchen with Sarto granite countertops, a deep sink, and Kohler faucet. We added the Nest Smart home thermostat but kept the beautiful, original hardwood floors. Our home is an 8 minute walk to Washburn Law and a few blocks from Randolph Elementary School. It is on a large, spacious corner lot in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Our neighbors are kind and we are sad to move. As we updated the home we strove to maintain many of the original features. We love the fenced back yard and the shade from the mature trees surrounding the property. We enjoy hanging our hammocks from the front porch and grilling in the back yard.
