Pet friendly (under 50 lbs only). Comes with usual wear and tear. This location is very safe, requiring key fob entry for the main building, elevators, and apartments. Rent also includes price for one of the most convenient parking spots in the underground lot on the property. Maintenance is always responsive and staff is always friendly and helpful. You will have access to amenities including the pool, gym, community spaces, and more. The sublet period is from December 21, 2020, to the end of the lease term in July 2021.
