We are a working, professional couple. We own a beautiful, updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home in Vallejo. The location is in walking distance to hikes, shopping, dining and 2 min away from the I-80. We have a nice sized backyard that we love to entertain on some weekends. We have two indoor cats and two small dogs that are very friendly and like to hang around most of the day. We are 100% no smoking of any kind in the house. We are looking for a clean, easy going and responsible roommate. (No Couples, overnight guests or additional pets.) We work hard during the week and enjoy our downtime in the evenings and weekends. No Communal spaces. We have a bedroom and Semi-Private bathroom for rent on our ground floor. This includes Xfinity WiFi, Cable, Utilities, included and your own mini fridge/freezer in your room. Along with an air fryer and a desk. There is also in unit washer and dryer available. If your car fits in the garage, that will be your parking spot. The room is already lightly furnished with a full bed/frame, dresser, mini fridge, desk, and air fryer. Must be employed and have proof of income, good credit and verifiable previous rental history. A Deposit of $300 is required before initial move in. You will be required to fill-out a screening form. This would be a month to month lease. ONLY SERIOUS PEOPLE RESPOND!
