The cabin is located in a private setting yet located right off a state maintained road. Approximately 5 miles from campus on Howard's Knob. Enjoy sitting at a fire pit or relaxing on the decks. Nice area to get away but still close to town. Rent is $2,600 for the house or $650/tenant if 4 people. Rent includes water. Tenants are responsible for electricity and the cable/wifi. Lease would begin August 7th, 2025 and go through July 28th, 2026. NO FRATERNITIES/SORORITIES. This house will have a strict no party clause and there are fines for violations. Leasing Fees: $75 non refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non refundable administration fee and a $450 security deposit per tenant (if 4 people).
