This is the bottom floor of a furnished home in downtown Pagosa Springs. It is on the main street. It has that warm charm that comes with new gas heaters that look like wood burning stoves. There is also a real wood burning stove in one of the rooms. Part of the house is over 100 years old, but updated. It is a super quiet house at night. very peaceful and cozy. We advertise it as a 2 bedroom, but there's only 1 true bedroom. The other room is a large room with a wood burning stove in it. It's right off the living room. There's also the upstairs, which can be used when we're not making renovations. It has a bed and dressers up there. We would like to rent the entire house for $2000.00 a month instead of just the downstairs. Let me know if you'd be interested in the whole house. It puts you at the top of our applicant list.
