The room is north facing and has two windows and closet. Comes with a window AC and gets quite sunny from the east facing window. Currently the room is furnished with a bed, dresser and end tables. All could be cleared out if needed. A long term lease is preferred but as this is the off season we can be flexible on duration of stay. First and last months rent is required to secure the room. Room is available now so prefer a March 1 move in date but earlier or later can negotiated.
