The house will be repainted and professionally deep cleaned on June 22. The yard is fenced to the road but it is not enclosed. We are happy to enclose the yard if this is a need. We live down a paved driveway with one other house, almost like a private cul-de-sac; the neighbors are incredibly kind with two young children.
Renter is responsible for all utilities but we can help navigate that if needed.
Although pets are allowed, this is still our home so if any damage occurs due to pets, you are responsible for fixing them.
There is an attached apartment that has its own private entrance and can be used as a master suite, guest bedroom, office space, creative studio, etc., however, it can not go on airbnb or any other sublet without our written consent.
