The judge was very unhappy that you as the receiver did not appear. The inspector reported that basically there was no work being done and very significant health and safety violations present. The judge set the case for trial on September 17, 2016 at 10:30 in room 1109 and further issued a rule to show cause why you should not be held in contempt. I would suggest that you take steps to begin to remedy the code violations.
