There is a large field that can be used as a soccer field and a playground on the property. The driveway right in front of the house is paved and the driveway from the main road to the paved part is well maintained. The owners will cover snow plowing and mowing the grass, mosquitoes control, weed control for the soccer filed. The covered porch on the front of the house is a lovely sitting areas for the warm mornings and a nice shady area for the hot summer afternoons. The large patio on the back of the house is excellent for entertainment, the house comes with a nice set of outdoor furniture. Renter is responsible for gas, electricity, water, cleaning service.
